曹春霞，天津大学副教授、医学博士、硕士研究生导师（救援医学、生物医学工程专业）。研究方向聚焦于突发环境状态下的应急流行病学技术与方法，以及临床大数据挖掘与统计分析研究。近年来主持国家重点研发计划项目、天津大学自主创新项目、横向课题、军队研究课题多项，并参与多项国家和省部级科研课题的研究。发表学术论文30余篇，主编、副主编教材、专著5部。

课题组主要应用流行病学与卫生统计学，研究：

（1）针对突发公共卫生事件、生物安全事件的风险评估与预测预警技术研究；

（2）以猝死、创伤为代表的临床医疗大数据的数据挖掘与统计分析技术；

（3）突发事件的卫生应急能力、卫生应急资源优化与配置。
